Provision of Services: To match your profile with specific projects (scripts, scores, films) that require your expertise within the Critics Circle.

Creators and Organizations: We share anonymized audit data and critical feedback with the creators who commission our services. Your personal identifiers (Full Name, Email) are never shared with creators without explicit consent.

 

Sponsors and Institutional Partners: Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be shared with funding bodies or partners to demonstrate market reach and project impact.

 

Third-Party Service Providers: We use secure vendors for data hosting and analytics, ensuring they adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.

Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): The right to request the deletion of your profile from our active database.

To ensure data accuracy, we periodically review our database.
